- Cold Calling si identificarea de noi oportunitati: Efectueaza apeluri telefonice catre potentiali clienti pentru a promova solutiile Charisma HCM si serviciile Total Soft.
- Preluarea leadurilor de la marketing: Preia leadurile generate de echipa de marketing si le urmareste activ pentru a transforma aceste oportunitati in vanzari.
- Prezentarea solutiilor: Participa la intalniri cu clientii, ofera prezentari detaliate ale produsului Charisma HCM si explica beneficiile acestora in gestionarea resurselor umane.
- Suport pentru Senior Sales Manager: Ofera suport in activitatile legate de clientii mari si contribuie la dezvoltarea de strategii pentru atragerea acestora.
- Colaborarea cu echipele interne: Colaboreaza cu echipele de implementare pentru a asigura o tranzitie lina si un serviciu de calitate catre clienti.
- Crearea si transmiterea ofertelor financiare: Pregateste oferte financiare personalizate si le transmite prospectilor.
- Follow-up: Monitorizeaza progresul si efectueaza follow-up cu prospectii noi pentru a inchide vanzarile si pentru a consolida relatiile cu acestia.
- Experienta: Minimum 1-2 ani in vanzari, servicii IT, telecomunicatii sau domenii similare.
- Abilitati de comunicare: Capacitatea de a sustine prezentari clare pentru clienti.
- Permis de conducere: Permis de conducere valid (categoria B).
- Cunostinte tehnice: Cunostinte de baza in tehnologie sau dorinta de a invata despre solutii IT si software.
- Atitudine proactiva: Dorinta de a invata si de a se dezvolta intr-un mediu de vanzari dinamic.
- Abilitati de negociere: Capacitatea de a negocia oferte si termeni favorabili pentru clienti si companie.
- Flexibilitate: Disponibilitatea de a calatori la intalniri.

- Persoana proactiva: Capacitatea de a lua initiativa si de a anticipa nevoile clientilor.
