Subject Matter Expert – Financial & Operational Leasing (Software Solutions)

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the field of financial and operational leasing to join our team. As an SME, you will play a key role in bridging business expertise with technology, ensuring that our software solutions meet the needs of leasing companies and align with industry best practices. You will provide strategic insights, process analysis, and functional guidance throughout software implementation projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert consulting and domain knowledge in financial and operational leasing to support software implementation projects;

• Analyze and document existing business processes, identify gaps, and recommend optimized solutions;

• Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, and technical teams to ensure that system functionalities align with industry standards and client requirements;

• Support solution design, configuration, and testing activities with a focus on leasing-specific processes;

• Participate in strategic projects and contribute to the development of innovative software solutions for the leasing sector;

• Prepare documentation, training materials, and deliver workshops or presentations for internal teams and clients;

• Stay up to date with leasing industry trends, regulations, and emerging technologies.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in financial and/or operational leasing;

• Solid understanding of leasing products, workflows, accounting implications, and regulatory frameworks;

• Prior experience in software implementation or digital transformation projects within financial services or leasing is a strong advantage;

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex business needs into technical requirements;

• Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken);

• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and strategic mindset;

• Experience with ERP, CRM, or leasing management systems is highly desirable;

• Attention to detail and a results-oriented approach.
