Job Purpose

Work on customer HR projects as a chargeable resource in the Implementation projects and provide Consultancy to TotalSoft customers on Totalsoft products.

 

What you will do

  • Provide HR consultancy services where needed on projects and using the Totalsoft Implementation methodology (a structured and documented process to help control, manage, communicate project task status internally and to the customer) and assist in managing any project conflict or risk;
  • Analysis – Work with customers to clearly understand their business requirements and determine how Totalsoft’s Charisma HCM can address their business requirements through close discussion and co-operation with team members and the Product Management Team;
  • Participate actively in all the implementation activities assigned by the Product Manager within the established budget;
  • Responsible for the documents to be attached to the project file throughout the implementation process;
  • Follow up the planning of the activities;
  • Maintain the relationship with the client (ensure that client receives the answer in a timely manner);
  • Archive on the company's file server the documentation of the project, in all phases of the implementation;
  • Adapting the Charisma HCM application to customer requirements (salary schedule configuration, accounting notes, etc.);
  • Permanently identify and correctly apply the legal requirements applicable to the job;
  • Provide Payroll and HR consulting for the clients in the assigned area;   
  • Maintaining and managing the archive and current HR documents at the location of the external client;
  • Use the Charisma application correctly, configure and generate required reports;
  • Track all application updates so that the application is updated according to the latest legislative changes;
  • Participate in internal project reviews to help manage and control the project and review that all procedures and processes are adhered to within the implementation methodology.

 

Preferred Skills and Experience

  • Customer oriented with excellent planning and communication skills (English is a must);
  • Knowledge of HR processes;
  • Excellent verbal and written skills;
  • Knowledge of labor law is a plus;
  • Pro-active.
