What you'll do:

  • Provide any necessary data or reports to the sales team and collaborates with the implementation teams in order to answer to customers‘ needs.
  • Support the contracting and invoicing process.
  • Follow up with customers and answer inquiries via email, telephone.
  • Perform any necessary administrative work including archiving, filling reports or presenting sales team with necessary contractual documents.
  • Offer support in the sales presentations, offers, RFP/RFI processes prepared for customers and ensure their compliance with internal rules and procedures.
  • Update the internal tools and applications and  with the necessary information.
  • Maintain up-to-date awareness new product and feature launches, of company activities, industry trends and government regulations.
  • Suggest sales process improvements.

What you'll need to succeed:
  • Customer oriented with excellent planning and communication skills (English is a must);
  • Excellent verbal and written skills;
  • Pro-active;
  • Desire to learn;
  • Good negotiating skills;
  • Logic reasoning, analytical and strategic thinking constitues an advantage.
  • Good MS Office proficiency (Excel; Word; Powerpoint)
  • Good English knowledge
