Today, we are looking for a talented Senior IT Recruiter focused on IT and Business roles. From sourcing and building pipeline, to designing and implementing our new employment value proposition, you will be fully accountable to propose and deploy innovative talent acquisition practices backed by the latest technology stack.

Key accountabilities:

  • Grow our employment brand so we can attract and hire amazing talent;
  • Own the end-to end talent acquisition process of the roles assigned to you;
  • Design talent acquisition strategies;
  • Pro-actively source qualified candidates;
  • Ensure interview/assessment process is robust and fit for purpose, educate line managers in; interviewing techniques and maintain a high standard;
  • Build & identify talent pools and engage this communities;
  • Own the overall candidate experience;
  • Partner with stakeholders, understanding the business needs and potential hiring demand;
  • Achieve the hiring plan and targets;
  • Serve as a company ambassador, guardian of talent quality, culture fit and diversity.

Qualifications:

  • Good understanding of talent pools in IT/Technology sector with focus on SQL, .Net, React, Angular, JNode etc as well as in Business sector in Finance/Banking, Retail, FMCG, Pharma etc.; where we employ talented Consultants from different industries;
  • Effective communicator;
  • English - Advanced Level;
  • Experience in working with modern ATS (we use currently Jazz HR).
