Job Purpose
You will work on Charisma ERP projects in the Retail, Distribution & Pharma sectors and provide consultancy to TotalSoft customers on our suite of software products related to primarly to Finace & Accounting and secondary on related processes in ERP like Procurement & Sales.
- Act as main point of contact for our customers, ensuring a high level of service delivery, subject matter expertise focused on finance and accounting tickets and change requests.
- Coordinate internal delivery within agreed SLAs for tickets and agreed budget and timeline for CRs.
- Participate in gathering and analyzing accounting and financial requirements while providing guidance on standard system functionalities and functional best practices.
- Test and validate financial processes within the Charisma ERP.
- Ensure correct configuration and validation of Charisma ERP modules involved in the generation of SAF-T (Standard Audit File for Tax) reports, in compliance with ANAF requirements;
- Provide support in generating and testing other relevant fiscal declarations (e.g., D112, D394, D300, e-Invoice, e-Transport, etc.), ensuring compliance with current legislation;
- Monitor legislative updates and contribute to adapting the Charisma solution to meet evolving legal and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with clients’ accounting and tax teams to tailor the system to reporting requirements and resolve any errors or inconsistencies;
- Provide consultancy services using the TotalSoft Implementation Methodology (a structured and documented process to manage and communicate project tasks internally and with the customer);
- Analyze customer business requirements and determine how Charisma ERP can address them, in close collaboration with team members and the Product Management Team;
- Ensure full documentation of the proposed solution for internal and external review, aligning with project objectives while minimizing cost and risk;
- Configure Charisma ERP based on the analysis and support internal and customer testing;
- Manage project issues and risks to ensure smooth execution, escalating when necessary;
- Assist customers in planning, documenting, and testing the solution to ensure it meets specifications;
- Provide pre- and post-go-live support, ensuring final project acceptance within two months of go-live;
- Log, track, and resolve all project issues during and after implementation;
- Handover the project to the customer service department upon final acceptance;
- Identify future opportunities or project phases and support the sales team in positioning additional TotalSoft products and services;
- Participate in internal project reviews to ensure adherence to implementation methodology;
- Receive and deliver training on Charisma ERP to enhance product and industry knowledge.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in finance & accounting system and process management;
- Solid accounting experience, including preparation of tax declarations and financial statements up to balance sheet level;
- Customer-oriented with excellent planning and communication skills (English is a must);
- Analytical and strategic thinking;
- Strong knowledge of production/manufacturing business processes;
