Commercial Legal Counsel

Role Overview
In this role, you will provide practical legal support on a broad range of commercial matters. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to help identify legal risks and support business growth.

What You Will Do
  • Draft, review, and/or negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts, including:
    • Client agreements, such as SaaS agreements, licensing agreements and software related service agreements;
    • Partnership agreements, including distribution and reseller agreements;
    • Public procurement contractual documentation, including support in drafting requests for clarifications;
  • Identify, assess and mitigate business risks, particularly in relation to liability, intellectual property and alignment with regulatory requirements; 
  • Support the improvement and standardization of contract templates; 
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Business Development and Finance teams on ongoing and new business initiatives;
  • Facilitate corporate governance matters by drafting documentation and approvals for General Meetings of Shareholders and the Board of Directors.

What We’re Looking For
  • A law degree;
  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience, either in-house or in a law firm;
  • Overall broad legal knowledge;
  • Familiarity with AI Act is considered an advantage.

Skills and competencies
  • Ability to tailor legal feedback to non-legal stakeholders to ensure clear communication;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Fluent English (written & spoken);
  • High level of integrity, professionalism and attention to detail;
  • Collaborative mindset with soft skills.
