Role summary You lead, on the technical side, a full-stack team that builds and operates multitenant web products in the financial services space (client portal on top of Charisma ERP, stock financing), plus products in agriculture and healthcare. You are involved across the full product lifecycle, from idea to production release and client implementation.

- Take part in business analysis alongside the BA and UX team and turn requirements into clear, feasible technical solutions.
- Make architecture decisions and set the team's technical standards (code, security, performance, multitenancy).
- Lead client implementations from a technical standpoint and verify the solution works correctly in each client's environment.
- Deliver technical presentations to clients and communicate with other teams and departments across the company.
- Do regular code reviews and keep the codebase consistent and high quality.
- Mentor colleagues (from juniors to seniors) through technical example, not just coordination.
- Set technical priorities and help the team organize their work.
- Own delivery and operations: CI/CD in Azure DevOps, Azure hosting, Kubernetes, and maintenance of existing products.
- Full-stack development: .NET (8/10), C#, Angular + Kendo UI.
- MS SQL (modeling, optimization, query tuning).
- Azure DevOps and Azure hosting.
- Kubernetes - deployment, operations, troubleshooting.
- Exposure to mobile with Flutter and/or Xamarin (at least at the review level).
- Multitenant architectures and their implications (data isolation, scaling, security).
- You understand the business context and communicate effectively with the BA, UX, stakeholders and other teams in the company.
- You're comfortable in technical presentations and discussions with clients.
- You're open to AI and to using AI tools in development, in a sensible and measured way leveraging them where they add value while staying critical about output quality, security and maintainability.
- You enjoy teaching colleagues and sharing knowledge.
- You think in terms of architecture and trade-offs, not just features.
- You're comfortable taking a solution from concept to production and owning the result.
