Job Purpose:

You will be one of the makers of digital solutions we offer to our clients, and a key role in our multifunctional teams of product manager, business analysts, designers and engineers.

We are looking for an open-minded colleague with strong Product Manager experience and skills to develop an innovative solution for an exciting business domain. You will:

  • Defines the product vision and scope for each release cycle based on the company’s strategy, market data available and user needs;
  • Manages the product roadmap: establishes and negotiates milestones, release dates for major or incremental releases and gets an agreement from all stakeholders; Communicates the roadmap quarterly; Keeps the roadmap up to date monthly;
  • Manages the product backlog: Defines the product requirements (user stories), based on user needs and stakeholder feedback; Clarifies backlog items with the design, technical and commercial stakeholders; Prioritizes the backlog items based on the product goals, roadmap and business impact; Keeps the product backlog up to date;
  • Takes informed product decisions: Shares ownership for the product P&L (owns the product costs); Ability to estimate P&L and drives custom development projects; Is responsible for defining and assuring measurement of proper deliverable KPIs/metrics; Builds the business case for new products development;
  • Makes things happen - acts as solution architect when needed (presales); Supports the development process: Makes sure the team understands the product priorities during each sprint planning; Removes obstacles related to lack of clarity/definition for the development team; Drives the Beta Programs; Liaises with vendors for outsourcing parts of the project, based on time & internal capabilities constraints;
  • Informally leads the product team: Acts as an informal leader for the product team, driving communication for matters of common interest for all the product team (technical, marketing, user experience, support, product);
  • Market knowledge: Knows the competitive landscape and how the product stands in terms of strong/week points versus the competitors and helps the Marketing or Sales team target them better;
  • Supports the Commercial efforts: Supports the business development effort with product data & collaterals and product demos internally and externally;
  • User Experience: Shares responsibility with UX Designer for having a clear understanding of the user needs (pain-points and expectations) in the product team;
  • While involved in the high-level technical decisions, the PM doesn’t take charge of technical decisions and technical implementation details; the Technical Team Leader has the responsibility;
  • Serve as the face of the product within the company, and act as the point person to leadership.

In a nutshell, we are looking for you, the not-settle-for-status-quo, problem solver, curious, people person, unveiling the facts behind the numbers, connecting the dots and out-of-the-box thinker.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • At least 3-5 years in building software products in Healthcare or financial markets (Leasing, Credit, Banking, Insurance) or HR;
  • At least 3-5 years experience as a Product Manager, and/or at least 5-7 years experience working with digital products;
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business or Engineering;
  • Experience with or demonstrable knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies & process optimization can be a plus;
  • Fast learning with natural curiosity and a hunger for learning more;
  • A team player who is great at building professional working relationships;
  • A creative problem solver who loves to think outside of the box;
  • A self-starter who works well both collaboratively and as an individual contributor;
  • Empathy, and a genuine desire to solve our customer’s problems.
