Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Client-Facing Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of ERP solutions for our Pharmaceutical Division, managing a key international client. This role combines strong project leadership with business consultancy expertise, ensuring that ERP implementations align with regulatory requirements, operational goals, and industry best practices.
The ideal candidate will act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, bridging business needs and technical delivery while driving projects from initiation through go-live and stabilization.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for the international client, building strong, trusted relationships at executive and operational levels.
• Lead end-to-end ERP project delivery, including planning, scope management, budgeting, risk mitigation, and reporting.
• Provide business consultancy to understand client processes, identify improvement opportunities, and recommend ERP-enabled solutions.
• Facilitate workshops, requirements gathering sessions, and process design discussions with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Ensure alignment with pharmaceutical industry standards, including regulatory and compliance considerations
• Coordinate internal teams (functional consultants, technical teams, QA, validation, support) and external partners across multiple geographies.
• Manage change control, stakeholder communication, and escalation processes.
• Oversee testing cycles, user acceptance, training, and deployment activities.
• Monitor project performance through KPIs and ensure delivery within agreed timelines and quality standards.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and identify opportunities for additional value or optimization. 

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Proven experience managing ERP implementations in a client-facing role.
• Demonstrated business consultancy experience, with the ability to analyze processes and advise on best practices.
• Experience working with international clients and distributed teams.
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical industry operations and regulatory environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
• Proficiency with project management tools and documentation practices.
• English language advance level
• French language  - nice to have

• Experience with ERP platforms;
• Knowledge of validation processes and computerized system compliance in pharma.
• PMP or equivalent certification.
• Experience in digital transformation or large-scale process change programs.
