We are looking for an open-minded colleague with strong Business Analysis in SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT experience and skills to develop with us an innovative solution for an exciting business domain. You will be one of the makers of digital solutions we offer to our clients, and a key role in our multifunctional teams of product managers, business analysts, designers and engineers.

You will:

  • Research the business domain, competition, trends and new ideas and draft business solutions;
  • Participate in the solution design, deliver specifications to design and development teams;
  • Participate in defining product roadmap and keep track of backlog priorities;
  • Work closely with business, design and development teams to clarify business requirements;
  • Work closely to our clients to identify needs and gather new ideas;
  • Translate business requirements into software specifications;
  • Test new releases;
  • Analyze impact of business requirements on the existing systems and overall solution environment;
  • Prepare solutions by evaluating as-is/alternative workflows;
  • Maintain specifications and product documentation up to date throughout the project, operating the approved changes.

In a nutshell, we are looking for you, the not-settle-for-status-quo, problem solver, curious, people person, unveiling the facts behind the numbers, connecting the dots and out-of-the-box thinker.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • Hands-on experience with business process flows documentation and software design and documentation;
  • Experience in Healthcare or Leasing industries;
  • Experience in working with design and development teams;
  • Relevant experience (3-5 years) in business analysis and/or in building software products;
  • Knowledge of business modeling and data analysis methods;
  • Previous exposure to Agile/ Scrum / Design Thinking / Lean Start-up;
  • Strong people skills to effectively liaise with both team members and board level;
  • Good understanding of business models and process flows;
  • Strong Problem Solving and Troubleshooting Skills, analytical thinking;
  • Business-oriented and people-oriented;
  • Restlessly in search of improvement of status quo;
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to meet changing deadlines and priorities on multiple simultaneous streams.
