As the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) of Total Soft, one of the leading software developer firms in Romania, you will play a key role in ensuring the protection of our systems and data and those of our customers. You will work alongside a talented team to develop and implement cybersecurity strategies.
You will report to the Chief Risk and Compliance Officer of Total Soft.
Responsibilities:
- Driving internal InfoSec projects and strategic initiatives to help change for the future;
- Development of security policies and procedures for the company, and its service and software delivery organizations;
- Conducting security analyses, certifications, re-certifications and audits involving a wide variety of international InfoSec compliance programs, such as ISO27001, NIS, SOC, etc..
- Developing and implementing InfoSec policies and procedures.
- Providing customized consulting and solutions to clients.
- Monitor national and European InfoSec regulations and drive innovative solutions to ensure that our business remains compliant;
What you need to succeed:
- Bachelor's Degree preferably in IT, Engineering, Cybersecurity or other related fields;
- Previous experience in a similar role (minimum 2-3 years);;
- Deep experience in developing detailed plans and driving through strategic initiatives aligned with InfoSec best practices;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Romanian and English) with an ability to clearly communicate ideas and results on all organizational levels;
- Analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills;
- Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
