Job Purpose

• Design and deliver solutions for financial services clients by understanding their challenges and shaping effective outcomes using our platforms
• Act as Product Owner for your domain, focusing on value creation over simple delivery
• Integrate AI into daily work (analysis, design, documentation, testing, communication)
• Contribute to the development of AI-native features, services, and workflows
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, AI, UX, QA, infrastructure, product), acting as the link between business, product, and technology

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and challenge client needs, simplifying rather than just documenting requirements
• Define and own solution scope and product direction within your area
• Prioritize initiatives based on impact and effort, not solely on client demand
• Translate business processes into scalable, user-friendly solutions
• Align standard product capabilities with client processes, identifying gaps and opportunities to minimize customization
• Promote lean solutions and avoid over-engineering
• Configure and enhance the platform with a focus on reuse and product evolution rather than one-off fixes
• Continuously simplify flows, configurations, and user interactions
• Improve delivery efficiency by reducing effort, accelerating timelines, and increasing quality
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate analysis, documentation, testing, and solution design
• Contribute to AI-driven capabilities such as automation, copilots, and intelligent workflows
• Proactively identify risks and propose simpler alternatives
• Drive continuous product improvement through reusable features, streamlined processes, and enhanced UX
• Ensure high UX quality through collaboration with design teams, focusing on clarity and ease of use
• Align business and technical stakeholders, challenging decisions when necessary to protect product integrity
• Build strong client relationships through transparency, clarity, and consistent delivery of high-quality solutions

Preferred Skills & Experience

• Experience in financial services (e.g., leasing, credit, insurance, related services)
• Degree in Economics, Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or similar
• Solid understanding of financial services processes
• Strong problem-solving mindset with a focus on simplicity and pragmatism
• Effective communication skills with the ability to act as a trusted advisor
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams while focusing on priorities
• Detail-oriented with a strong results focus and strategic perspective
• Collaborative team player comfortable working across functions
• Experience with and strong interest in applying AI tools in daily work and product design
