Position Overview:

We are looking for an accomplished leader to head our Charisma Healthcare vertical with full accountability for strategy, revenue growth, and international expansion. This role requires a strong business consulting background, a commercial mindset, and the ability to scale operations while building trusted partnerships with global clients

Key Responsibilities:

 
  1. Define and execute the strategy for the Healthcare vertical, including market expansion
  2. Act as a senior advisor to clients, bringing a strong consulting perspective to transformation agendas
  3. Take full P&L responsibility: prepare/revise annual, quarterly and monthly budgets, using pipeline, resource planning, staffing needs and other revenue/cost estimations as input and actively controlling expenditures.
  4. Oversee the full lifecycle of implementation and post-implementation activities, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  5. Establish and refine processes to optimize operational efficiency and scalability.
  6. Drive cross-functional collaboration between sales, product, and technical processes to align market expectations with deliverables.
  7. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create compelling value propositions and go-to-market strategies for cloud solutions.
  8. Build a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous learning.
  9. Oversee professional development plans, including training and upskilling initiatives, to maintain a competitive edge.
  10. Perform resource planning, developing the team’s skill matrix; optimizing the team’s work load and improving the team's efficiency and effectiveness.
  11. Identify industry trends and technological advancements to continuously evolve the division’s capabilities.

Key Competencies:
 
  • Strong senior business consultancy background with strategic advisory and client facing experience
  • Proven track record of P&L ownership, revenue growth, and scaling business operations
  • Good understanding of Healthcare Industry, IT and customer lifecycle management.
  • Proven track record of P&L ownership, revenue growth, and scaling business operations;
  • Ability to manage complex client portfolios with a focus on long-term partnerships
