Position Overview: The Finance Accounting Manager will be responsible for overseeing all accounting and tax reporting activities within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
  Accounting and Tax Reporting:
  • Oversee all accounting and tax reporting activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Manage month-end and year-end closing processes and deliver timely financial reports.
  • Compile statutory financial statements and submit financial statements, VAT returns, and corporate income tax returns to local authorities.
  Management and Treasury Reporting:
  • Support the preparation of the management and group reports, including month-end closing and other financial reports.
  • Compile lender project monitoring reports and monitor financial covenants.
  Team Leadership:
  • Lead and mentor a team of financial accounting professionals.
  • Oversee daily operations of the accounting team for accuracy and efficiency.
  Policies and Procedures:
  • Recommend policies and controlling procedures.
  • Ensure robust internal control procedures are in place and effectively implemented.
  • Facilitate the implementation of policies and maintain a strong control environment.
  Advisory and External Relations:
  • Provide fiscal advice to the legal and sales departments for contracts and legal documents.
  • Maintain relationships with third parties, including banks, tax authorities, and other partners.

Required Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Experience with financial analysis, month-end closing, and statutory reporting.
  • Good knowledge of IFRS.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced level of English
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of Charisma software
  • CECCAR certification
  • Experience in a multinational environment and services industries.
  • Familiarity with automation systems in finance and accounting.
