Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Partner Sales Manager to join our team, specializing in ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) solutions. This role focuses on building and maintaining strategic relationships with partners to drive joint sales activities, enhance partner engagement, and deliver tailored solutions to meet customer needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, channel management, and ERP systems, coupled with excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong, multi-level relationships with partners, including executive, marketing, and sales teams.
    • Act as the primary point of contact for partners, providing expert guidance on ERP solutions and offerings.
    • Promote the Total Soft products and services as integral components of the partner's business.
  • Sales Enablement & Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with partners to identify, qualify, and close joint sales opportunities.
    • Develop customized solutions tailored to specific customer needs.
    • Conduct regular training sessions for partners on products, services, and industry trends to enhance their sales capabilities.
  • Pipeline Management:
    • Create and manage sales funnels with partners to ensure alignment with revenue targets.
    • Monitor partner performance against quotas and provide actionable insights to optimize outcomes.
    • Maintain accurate records of partner activities, opportunities, and sales pipeline using CRM tools.
  • Strategic Engagement:
    • Identify opportunities for new alliances and partnerships to expand market reach.
    • Participate in networking events, trade shows, and partner meetings to generate leads and strengthen relationships.
    • Develop joint go-to-market strategies with partners to drive incremental revenue growth.
  • Operational Excellence:
    • Ensure compliance with legal and business standards across all partner engagements.
    • Provide feedback to internal stakeholders on partner programs, product compatibility, and market trends.
    • Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Product Development, Operations) to deliver seamless partner jurney execution.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in partner sales or channel management within the technology or ERP sector.
  • Strong understanding of ERP platforms and related solution areas
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools for managing pipelines and reporting.
  • Ability to work independently while fostering collaboration across teams.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience working with Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) or consulting partners in the ERP ecosystem.
  • Familiarity with financial technology or enterprise software industries.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive strategic decisions.
